I wish Edge and Rydia had gotten married or at least admitted that they love each other in The After Years. Edge did so many good things for her, Rydia was clearly concerned for him when he fought Ifrit, she was also the first one to rush to his aid in that fight, and Cuore clearly likes Edge a lot. Edge is getting up there in age and I’d hate to think that he’d turn 50 and still be single.
